Day 9 down 12lbs!
So as you can see I did better than .9 lbs down I did 1.8. I am now at 201.8 lbs. So my next goal is 197.55 lbs I am hoping to be there by next Wednesday as I don't want to push myself into making it be sooner. I want to be pleasantly surprised.
I ate:
4 oz. chicken breast, 2 cups spinach for lunch
1 orange for afternoon snack
4 oz. fresh white fish, 2 cups of asparagus for dinner
1 apple for evening snack
I drank 90 oz. of water
I walked on the treadmill for 45 mins.
My measurements are as follows:
Neck: 15"
Shoulder to shoulder(around): 45 1/2"
Right arm: 14 1/2"
Left arm: 14 1/2"
Chest: 46"
Waist: 41 1/2"
Hips: 44 1/2"
Right thigh: 27"
Left thigh: 27"
Right calf: 18"
Left calf: 18"
Right ankle: 10"
Left ankle: 10"
Total: 331 1/2"
Total inches down: 8 1/2"
Still in a size 16 but they are really lose on me now.
Waiting to get under 200 lbs to try on the size 14 pants.

I decided to try a picture with just a tank top so you could see a little more.
Yeah so not liking these pictures yet.
I can't really even see a difference from the first ones. But here they are 12 lbs. less, and still kicking butt.
I hope I have not scared you all away with these pictures. LOL! I am doing great and feeling fantastic. I would love to be able to lose this much every week but know that is not always going to happen that I may even have days that I don't lose any. Oh well not much else happening here on the diet front. I will update again tomorrow so until then have a great night.
