The Chemistry of Joy & Calm
Who hasn't suffered from depression, anxiety and stress. In today's world most of us have had to learn new coping skills to maintain a somewhat tranquil lifestyle in the midst of this storm called life. A couple of years ago I faced my own battle with depression, anxiety and a panic disorder but, with the help of the book, "The Chemistry of Joy" by Henry Emmons M.D. I was able to make the lifestyle changes I needed to get better and continue on my path. Changes I made included a new diet without caffeine, sugar, preservatives and gluten. I also started a new regime of supplements and exercise. These changes have made a huge difference. My new path has been to help others out of the pit of despair.
