Additional Spa Membership Details
Your contract is a 12 month agreement.
Membership dues of $49 will be charged to your credit card at the beginning of each month.
If you receive any additional services throughout the month, your credit card will be charged $40 per service upon check out.
Schedule your services in advance to ensure that you receive the date, time & service provider you prefer.
Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for your service.
Spa Membership dues do not include gratuities.
Gift memberships may be purchased at anytime. Please ask a front desk associate for details.
Spa membership pricing may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers and are non refundable. Missed appointments cannot be recovered.
